Poptail anyone? Cocktail flavoured popsicles sound like a good idea to me. http://www.endlesssimmer.com/featured/endless-poptails/

  1. Get outta here! Steve came home yesterday with a bottle of Sake. It had been left on his desk by a Japanese supplier. We had to google it to find out what it was, because it only said "koujyu kubota" amongst a whole bunch of beautiful Japanese lettering.

  2. They all look fantastic. I'd like to know how they get the sticks to stand up straight in the glasses, though. Tape? Mine always end up wonky.

  3. You use plastic wrap over the top and poke the stick through it.

  4. Kerry is right, plastic wrap over the top holds the stick upright. Also you don't put the stick in until it is already partially frozen. Or you could use a popsicle mold - mine came with reusuable plastic sticks and makes 4 small popsicles. The way it is designed the sticks go in straight. I can't believe you don't have some Julie - they are great to make juice or pudding pops for the boys.

  7. I do have some plastic molds, but somehow the wooden stick in a shot glass look so much cooler.

  8. Probably better not to use the plastic ones anyways,. You wouldn't want the kids to take the wrong ones. :)
