Ever since the rabbit incident in the backyard, my dog Tilly has become obsessed. She now barks at the TV everytime the Cadbury Easter Egg Bunny commercial is on. KOOKY Dog! :)
She does all the time. She is only really interested in animals on tv. If she hears the music from a dog food commercial and is in the other room she will actually come racing into the living room to see it.
I'm probably just way too easily impressed because my dog is (literally) brain damaged and so does interesting things like stealing potatoes and staring at walls. But wow! She actually watches animals and listens for dog food commercials?! That's awesome!
I tried to watch the Westminster Dog Show a few weeks ago but she was going nutsy barking at the tv. I couldn't hear a thing over her barking and the she was getting over excited by all the dogs on the tube so I had to turn it off.
I think she is too smart for her own good. My other dog Tess doesn't notice the tv at all. Sometimes if Tilly is barking at an animal on tv, Tess barks too, but she is usually facing the wrong way, or looking at the wall and obviously not really knowing what she is barking at. Tess is not the "sharpest" knife in the drawer, lol!
